1.    Can use the sentence “How tall are you? I’m ___ metres tall.” describe one’s height.

2.    Can use “tall , short , taller , shorter ”properly ,compare and describe someone.

3.    During the measure , train the students cooperate with each other and help each other.

Step I Greeting

T: Good afternoon boys and girls.

Ss: Good afternoon teacher.

T: Sit down , please! Before our class ,I want to ask a question : “How old are you?”(ask and answer)

Write on the blackboard : “How old are you?”

         “I’m _____ years old.”

Step II Learn “point” “metres” ,review “tall” and “short”.

1.    ①hange the pictures to learn “point”.

②Learn how to read the numbers.

For example: “1.1 ; 1.2 ; 0.9 ’’.

2. ①Through a ruler learn “metre”.
