Write down the words and expressions on the lines. 2.Watch a documentary (in Chinese) about Stephen Hawking, a great scientist still alive in the world. Let students have a general idea for what should be included when describing a person. Ask a few students to say out the topics that they hear in the documentary, such as name, birthplace, physical features, characteristics, works, activities he made to the physics field. Step 2 Pre-writing 1.Divide the class into several groups. Every group of students is given some pieces of cards, which include expressions or sentences describing a person. Let students read the sentences on cards and then decide what topics they belong to. |
