Importance of Teamwork

As we all know，in a football match or a basketball match playing on, the most important thing contributing to success is the spirit of teamwork.. And with the social development, the competition becomes more and intense. Doing the teamwork well can help us a great deal in realizing our goals and satisfying our needs. So everybody needs the spirit of teamwork.
Here is an example for teamwork. An ant is so small an animal that they always work together to carry the food or other stuffs. It shows us that many people work together, the power is much bigger than a man. So when we meet a terrible claim, we should do it together.
In fact, working together harmoniously is not easy, but it can be done. Firstly, we should work hard on your owe part of the job. The basic point is work together, secondly, we should communicate with our partners actively, and exchange our ideas and opinions with them frequently. Finally, we must learn how to cooperate with other people, which is very important.
