People need Dreams
Good afternoon, everyone. I am # from Class 2, Grade 8. It’s my honor to stand here and give an English Speech. I'm talking about dreams today.
Each of us, rich or poor, should have his own dream. Especially, the students should have their own dreams. Dreams make us do better in our work or study. With dreams human beings become great.
I have a dream that I can be a teacher in the future. I think to be a teacher of the essential condition is to study hard. I also think I should study really hard to realize my dream. This is a good motivation to promote me to study. At the same time, I also feel happy because of my dream.
Your future depends upon the dreams you are forming now. Your past dreams are determining your present. Therefore, if you want a bright future, you must begin to prepare for it today. We need dreams. Dreams are like stars we never reach in the sky, but like most mariners, we can chart our course by them. Catch the star that holds your destiny, the one that forever twinkles within your heart. Always believe that you can do it.
Dreamers are not content with merely mediocre, because no one ever dreams of going half way. Finding the star that twinkles in your heart for you alone are capable of making your brightest dreams come true.
It’s very important to dream, so hold on to your dreams, one day they may just come true.
