牛津小学英语6BUnit 5 The seasons（EFHG）

二、教学目标：

1 通过复习，学生熟练掌握课文中的日常交际用语What's the weather like in……？It's…… and often……What do you usually do? I usually……

并能灵活运用以上句型讨论某地天气和人们的活动。

2 通过朗读单词，感知，归纳，概述，总结元音字母[au] 的发音，在归纳中了解，掌握相关的语音规律，尝试新单词的认读。

3 通过欣赏小诗，了解诗文的韵律美，框架，能运用相关技巧，有感情地朗读小诗。

三、学情分析

1 学生通过本单元前几个课时的学习，初步掌握了谈论季节和天气的单词和句子，能用所学交际用语谈论“季节和气候”。

2 六年级的学生根据其年龄特点，表现出发言不积极的课堂表现特点，教师应针对这一特点设计符合孩子年龄特点的活动，引导孩子乐于感知并积极尝试使用英语。

四、教学重难点

（通过 Free talk使学生回忆起本课所学的主要句型和单词，活跃气氛）

2 Gifts for seasons

Today， we are going to looking for the gifts for four seasons,then we can get the key to open the door of the nature’s secret.

（以四季的礼物为主线串联起4个不同的板块，找齐四季的礼物才能得到打开自然大门的钥匙。体现情境教学，激发学生学习兴趣）

Gift for summer: (Listen and repeat)

T: What's the weather like in summer?

What do you usually do in summer?

I often go to farms in summer.(Show a picture)

What did you see on the farm?

How many brown cows did you see just now?

请学生读四个单词，寻找共同的读音(让学生自主学习自己发现读音规律并总结，培养学生自主学习的能力)

Gift for autumn: (Say a rhyme)

1 Listen and enjoy the rhyme（整体感知小诗）

3 Choose one season to discuss in pairs: What usually happen in this season?

学生两人一组选择一个季节的诗句，讨论发生了什么，并与同学分享。

（小组互助学习，体现语言学习的实践性和应用性）

1 Nanjing is my hometown. What's the weather like in spring?

(由教师自己的家乡南京引入，展示主要句型，谈论这一话题)

2 How about your hometown? Write down and talk with your partner.

(高年级的课堂教学强调写，基本单词——一年四季，天气，活动类词组——要求能熟练默写体现了高年段的学习特点)

3 Say something about our hometown. 夸夸我们的家乡吧！

Gift for winter: (Make and play)

1 In winter , it's very cold outside. There’s an interesting game in the gift. Let's make and play.

2 介绍制作过程，板书动词词组并新授。

（制作过程中出现的动词词组虽然不是教学的重点，但是也是可以利用的教学资源，给学生认识学习的过程。符合新课标“合理利用教学资源，提高学生的学习效率”的要求）

Summary：Now we get the gifts for four seasons. We get the key of the nature’s door.The secret of the nature is :Different seasons, different weather.Love nature, love our hometown.

(总结整节课，挖掘教材的人文性，对学生进行思想教育，促进学生心智发展，提高综合人文素养)

Homework

1 写一段话介绍家乡的四季(将课堂上的口头作文落实到笔头)

2 完成手工制作，并与同学玩并编对话（完成由于课堂时间限制而没有完成的手工制作）

3 有感情的背诵小诗（体现语言学习的渐进性和持续性）
