Good afternoon, my distinguished judges and dear friends.
Today I will talk about unit
11 how was your school trip, taken from JEFC Go for it Book I (B). I will talk about
the first period in the following parts.
the topic of this lesson is about the recent past events, which is closely related to the
students’ daily life, thus Ss will be interested in it. Also, this lesson is going to enabl
e Ss to describe how their last weekend was and what they did last weekend. In the
previous learning, students have learned many words about different activities and
how to ask WH-Question. Thus, the new drills and phrases will not be too difficult for
them and is easy to lead in. However, the past tense of verbs in this lesson is first
introduced, which is anticipated as the difficulties. Only with the solid knowledge of
this lesson, can the students do well in the following speaking and reading class.
