So much to do before we travel
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It’s my great honor to be here sharing my lesson with you. I’m from ….. I’ll show my presentation with four parts .
Part 1 Teaching Contents
Let’s come to teaching contents first. Five aspects are included here.
Here come my students:
1. Major in tourism , from Grade 1 .Just as other teenagers ,they are crazy about using the internet.
2. Active and warmhearted and eager to show themselves but their English is limited, especially in spoken English. They are not able to concentrate for long, which requires the teachers use colorful teaching aids to attract their attention.
Analysis of the material
This period is the speech part of Unit 7 in Book 2, So much to do before we travel. We have learned the items to take for different places in the last period .In this lesson the students will learn how to express trip schedule with suggestions and the responses to them. These expressions are practical for the students’ tour guide career.
Teaching aims
According to the given situation, I set the following teaching aims:
1 Knowledge aim: To master some expressions about suggestions and different responses to them;
2. As for Ability aim: To enable to act as tour guides to give foreign visitors helpful suggestions;
3. Emotional aim: The lesson can arouse the students’ enthusiasm
